Placing a Order on the Web

When you place a secure order on our website, you will normally receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes. If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, please email or call us for a copy of your confirmation email.

Please note that many of our products are drop shipped from external warehouses. For drop shipped products, your credit card will be charged prior to your order shipment. You will only be charged one shipping fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes, including cancellations, to orders after they have been submitted. At your request, we will make every effort to change or cancel your order after it is placed. Please note that in most cases, it is not possible to change or cancel an order after it is placed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

International Customers: Please note that all orders are charged in US Dollars.

Shipping Information

We offer Free Standard Shipping within the lower 48 states on orders of $200 or more. Free standard shipping is valid on orders of $200 or more (after promotions and discounts are applied) shipped to a single Continental USA address. Standard shipping rates exclude product specific heavy-weight shipping surcharges, as noted on product description pages.

Your shipment may be sent to you via UPS, U.S Postal Service (USPS), OR Federal Express Ground (FedEx). In the event that we are asked to ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO, we ship via U.S. Postal Service.

Estimated Shipping Times

We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Most items will ship in 3 to 5 business days and arrive in 6 to 10 business days, unless a longer shipping time is noted in the item's description. Items on your order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages at different times. We do our best to insure that our website reflects our current inventory, but we cannot guarantee stock availability.

Shipping to Canada and USA orders outside the lower 48 States

Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. territories and possessions are charged an additional $20.00 in addition to the below shipping and handling charges (per order). NOTE: All Canadian orders are charged in US dollars. Listed prices all reflect US dollars. No returns or exchanges will be processed on International Orders.

Returns & Exchanges

At ChevyMall, your complete satisfaction is always guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please return it (in new condition, please) within 45 days*. We will gladly exchange it, or refund your purchase on shipments within the United States.

For customers who choose to purchase using PayPal, we are not able to process exchanges. Authorized and eligible return items bought using PayPal will be refunded back to your PayPal payment method upon return receipt.

No returns or exchanges will be processed on International Orders.

To return or exchange an item, you MUST email us at for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to returning merchandise. A Customer Service Representative will give you the correct address to send your return to. ChevyMall is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend return merchandise be shipped with a tracking or delivery confirmation number, either through UPS or regular USPS Mail. We do not refund freight or shipping charges on returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

If we made an error on your order, ChevyMall will gladly reimburse you for return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise. We do not issue call tags in most cases. Shipping reimbursement will be credited back to the original purchase credit card and the correct merchandise will be promptly sent to you. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and within 45 days of original purchase (invoice date).

Some items are subject to a 20% restocking charge, or a restocking charge as noted on their product description pages. Customized items may not be eligible for return. If a package is returned to us due to a incorrect address, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

A credit for the cost of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used to make your purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
