Placing a Order on the Web
When you place a secure order on our website, you will normally receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes. If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, please email or call us for a copy of your confirmation email.
Please note that many of our products are drop shipped from external warehouses. For drop shipped products, your credit card will be charged prior to your order shipment. You will only be charged one shipping fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Ordering by Phone, Fax or Regular Mail
To place an order by telephone, please call us toll free at 800-558-2550 or at 707-766-6391. ChevyMall Customer Service Representatives are available normal Business days 9:00AM until 3:00PM (Pacific Time) Monday to Thursday. We close at 2:00PM on Fridays and we are closed for most major holidays.
To place an order by fax, you may send your order to 707-766-8400. You will need to either mail a check or money order (see below), or call Customer Service with your credit card information.

We offer standard ground shipping methods within the 48 states.
Please contact us via phone regarding priority shipments. Not all items can be shipped via priority service. Most art posters may be shipped with priority service.
Your shipment may be sent to you via UPS, U.S Postal Service (USPS), OR Federal Express Ground (FedEx). In the event that we are asked to ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO, we ship via U.S. Postal Service.
To receive a Shipping Estimate: Place the items you would like to order in your Shopping Cart. At the top of your Shopping Cart is a link titled "click here to estimate shipping cost". After clicking this link, you will be prompted to enter in your Country and Zip Code. A personalized shipping quote will then be provided, based upon your Zip Code and items in your Shopping Cart.

Estimated Shipping Times
We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. We usually ship orders within 2 - 5 business days of an order being placed, provided all items are in stock. We do our best to insure that our website reflects our current inventory, but we cannot guarantee stock availability. If you need your order sooner, please call us to review Priority Shipping options for your order.
Shipping to International locations
To have an order ship outside the 50 United States and U.S. territories: All duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. You may be billed actual charges for these International duties, taxes and custom fees up to 120 days after your order has shipped from our location. International Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (NOT UPS or Fed Ex).
International Orders may take 2 - 4 weeks or longer for delivery, depending on the items ordered and the length of time the shipment is held in customs. All International orders except for Canada will have a $80.00 shipping surcharge (per order) in addition to Standard Delivery Charges. No returns will be processed on International Orders. All International orders must be shipped to the billing address unless the order is being shipped to the United States.

Shipping to Canada and USA orders outside the 48 States
Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. territories and possessions are charged an additional $25.00 in addition to the normal shipping and handling charges (per order).

Returns & Exchanges
At ChevyMall, your complete satisfaction is always guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please return it (in new condition, please) within 45 days. We will gladly exchange it, or refund your purchase.
To return or exchange an item, you MUST email us at customerservice@mallservicesgroup.com OR call our Customer Service Department at 800-558-2550 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to returning merchandise. A Customer Service Representative will give you the correct address to send your return to. ChevyMall is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
If we made an error on your order, ChevyMall will gladly reimburse you for return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise. We do not issue call tags in most cases. Shipping reimbursement will be credited back to the original purchase credit card and the correct merchandise will be promptly sent to you. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and within 45 days of original purchase (invoice date).
Some items are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
We recommend return merchandise be shipped with a tracking or delivery confirmation number, either through UPS or regular USPS Mail.
A credit for the cost of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used to make your purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
