For products displayed online, you may order any products from our online store by adding them to your shopping cart and following the instructions to submit the order. Only credit card orders can be taken online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
The order and payment information you provide will be sent electronically and processed immediately. You will receive an email within 15 minutes confirming your order.

Shipping Charges & Shipping Times:
ChevyMall offers standard ground shipping methods within the 48 states.
Please contact us via phone regarding priority shipments. Not all items can be shipped via priority service. Most art posters may be shipped with priority service.
Your shipment may be sent to you via UPS, U.S Postal Service (USPS), OR Federal Express Ground (FedEx). In the event that we are asked to ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO, we ship via U.S. Postal Service.
Priority Shipments are sent UPS 2 Day Air for most merchandise and U.S.P.S for most art posters. We can not provide priority service to APO/FPO address, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico.
Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico shipments are sent via Federal Express or the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S).

Large & Overweight Items:
Certain large and overweight items may have a shipping surcharge. The surcharge will be indicated on the product detail page and the shipping surcharge will be added to your order total at check out.
International Order Criteria:
All orders shipped outside the 50 United States and U.S. territories and possessions must meet the following criteria:
The shipping address must be to a complete physical address and you must provide your telephone number. We can not ship to postal box addresses. All duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.Items that have a "drop ship" status cannot be shipped internationally.All international orders must be paid with either a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card.All International orders will have a $80.00 shipping surcharge in addition to the standard shipping. This does NOT apply to Canadian Orders.No returns will be processed on International Orders. All International orders must be shipped to the billing address unless the order is being shipped to the United States.
Canadian orders and orders outside the 48 Continental United States:
Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. territories and possessions are charged an additional US $15.00 in addition to the normal shipping and handling charge. Additional shipping charges for drop ship items will be charged to the customer on a per order basis. We can not ship to post office boxes.

ChevyMall Guarantee:
At ChevyMall, your complete satisfaction is always guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please return it (in new condition, please) within 45 days. We will gladly exchange it, or refund your money.
Returns and Exchanges:
Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-558-2550 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before returning merchandise.
If we made an error on your order, ChevyMall will gladly reimburse you for your reasonable return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise. We do not issue call tags. Shipping reimbursement will be credited back to the original purchase credit card and the correct merchandise will be promptly sent to you with no shipping charge.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and within 45 days of original purchase (invoice date)
Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Return merchandise should be packed in its original packaging (outside shipping package, if in suitable condition) with a copy of the packing slip and a short note explaining the reason for the return or exchange.
We highly recommend return merchandise be shipped through UPS who will provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment. US Priority Mail is also acceptable with delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsive to your request without your return in hand. We would hate if something happened to your return in transit and we were unable to track it!
A credit for the cost of the returned merchandise should appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). We will be happy to send you a replacement item prior to the item being returned to us, but we will charge your credit card for the replacement shipment. When we receive the returned merchandise, your account will be issued a credit. Sorry, we cannot be responsible for bank charges for overdrafts. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
